That is my legacy to change the world mentally & physically by being the change.
I feel you 100%. Not pill with give quick fixes or substituent diet, exercise & lifestyle.
I believe its 85 percent diet, 10 percent exercise & 5 percent Supplement however if the other 95 percent isn’t looked after the additional 5 percent is worthless.
“Training is important, Diet is critical”
One of the things that REALLY upsets and annoys me is the commercials that offer weight loss supplements.
Is our society really that scared to just say, GET OFF YOUR LAZY FAT ASS and EXERCISE!
Really people, you need to put in the EFFORT & TIME to get the results you want/need.
Our society is so obese and overweight, it makes me so sick. All those chips, candy and soda are heart attacks waiting to happen.
One more thing that makes me sick to my stomach are overweight kids. And the sad part is the parents do nothing to help kids who can’t help themselves. They learn their eating habits from their parents until they’re old enough to make the decision on their own and sometimes by then, it’s too late.
Be an ADVOCATE to a better and healthier life.
“BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD”
I hate fake shit. When something pretends to be something it isn’t, I get utterly pissed. Maybe it’s ever since I found out Santa wasn’t real (oops spoiler alert), but I can’t stand insincerity. I like things to be presented as they really are. Enough is enough. First it started with Subway….
Be healthy, Eat right, Stay ACTIVE: its a lifestyle EVERYONE should have!
Vary your training, your running partners, and your environment. Only your imagination limits the ways you can spice up your running routine
When you’re stuck at a plateau it’s important to change up your training, otherwise you will just get frustrated and bored. Try to forget about the numbers and enjoy your workouts instead. Switch from barbell to dumbbells, or change your routine entirely. Going in with a positive attitude will always get better results.
